Intero Silver Creek is proud and delighted to have Jenn and Damon Holst on board. Jenn and Damon bring over 12 years of Marketing, Sales, and Lending experience to Intero. Working in these fields they developed solid negotiating skills, excellent understanding of contracts, and expert knowledge of mortgage lending.

Our Personalities…

Jenn and Damon are well traveled and are both fluent in Spanish. This makes them uniquely suited to working in the diverse SouthBay market. They are client focused, savvy, and professional. They offer clients the tenacity of deal-makers and the warmth of real persons. Jenn and Damon live in San Jose where they have two sons, one in high school and one in college. Damon was born and raised in Latin America and has been a Bay Area resident for over twelve years. Jenn was born and raised in the Bay Area. Together they know the area and local neighborhoods well.
